Working closely with the MD and Founder, he grew revenues from £2m - £45m, acquired in excess of 5m customers and won several Sunday Times Fast Track Awards in the process.
Neil has over 25 years' experience of leading financial strategy and reporting within both the private and public sectors. Neil has operated across a multitude of business sectors at head of finance level within subsidiaries and divisions of large multinational organisations as well as smaller independent commercial organisations. He has been responsible for leading the finance function, sitting as a board director developing business strategy and improving financial reporting and governance. Neil specialises in helping businesses dig beneath the surface of their reporting to uncover where the real commercial opportunities lie within their business.
Andrew combines considerable operational experience in SMEs with a proactive and focused mindset. A Chartered Accountant, Andrew's aim is always to focus on what matters; acting as a commercial business partner by providing commercial insight or adding value by finding solutions to inefficiency. He's not afraid to roll his sleeves up and get involved. Environments Andrew excels in are ones that are growing, need integration or processes re-aligning. Andrew has particular experience in the creative, technology, consulting and charitable industries as well as startups and franchises.
Adnan is a Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountant and has an MBA. He has over 15 years' experience in FTSE100s and SMEs. He supported the turnaround of a UK company to become one of UK's top three flower companies by courier. He also assisted a fintech startup to become the third largest pension auto enrolment company including facilitating its fundraising. Adnan was a 2016 ‘UK Finance Director of the Year for Growth Companies' finalist. He has strong commercial acumen, acts as a catalyst in driving the business and proactively guides companies through improvement initiatives.
